Legundi Residensi is an urban development located in Bandar Seri Putra at the border of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. It was developed in 2 phases whereby both we completed in the same year. Each phase offered different designs to suit different tastes, cluster semi-d’s, semi-d’s and bungalows were available.

Phase 1 of Legundi Residensi comprises of 65 units of houses that are named according to their types such as Arisa (bungalow), Bella (semi-detached), Camilla (semi-detached), Delia (cluster homes) and Erra (cluster homes).
Phase 2 of Legundi Residensi comprises of 71 units of houses that are also named according to their types such as Fiona (bungalow), Gia (cluster homes) and Hana (semi-detached).
Besides car park, some other facilities that are provided to the residents of Legundi Residensi are gated and guarded area, playground, jogging track and barbecue area.
