Q: Can I rent my unit for short period of time (homestay/Airbnb)?
Any arrangement of Visitor(s) in and out of Legundi Residensi shall be responsibility of Owner.
Q: I like to complaint, who and how I deal with it?
Complain with regards to housing area i.e. tall grass, malfunction light pole, drainage to be channeled to Majlis Perbandaran Kajang.
Complain with regards to Utilities i.e. home internet, water, electricity to be channeled to the Utilities Service Provider.
Q: Is there any social media platform I can participate with?
Yes! Telegram will be the main social media platform for Resident. Admin will invite Owner or their Representatives (limited to husband & wife) into the group upon complete the request by contacting any of LRA’s Management Committee.

Q: Whose my neighbour?
List of house owner can be found here. Do acknowledge the confidentiality of Data collected as per Privacy Policy.
Q: Can I renovate my house?
Yes, following to PBT’s rules and regulation. You are encourage to inform your neighbour and register your Contractor as per JagaApp.
Q: How do I become a member of Legundi Residensi Association?
The owner of the unit submits the application through the Membership page. Approval is within one week or less.
Q: Can I adjust my yearly and security fee or contribute to LRA’s?
Any adjustment of payment either lump sum per year or monthly basis (not advisable) shall be made know to treasurer as per Membership. LRA’s welcome any contribution which can be highlighted to LRA’s Management.
