Residents are required to download JaGaApp and make use of its visitor management system and intercom solution to communicate with the association and security team.

1. Register Visitors

Owner: Fill in the required info. Upon confirmation, QR code will be produced and can be shared to Visitor.
Visitor: QR code to be shown to guard at GH1 (next to PLUS)
Guard GH1: Home owner will be informed via registered phone no. No entry shall be permitted if no confirmation from the Owner. JagaApp; notifications will be send.
Owner: To acknowledge the arrival of Visitor.
2. Waiver of Visitor
Emergency Response Team (ERT) such as Ambulance and Bomba
Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT)’s Contractor such as garbage truck
Registered school busses
Registered delivery service provider such as Pos Malaysia, DHL, Food Panda, Domino’s
3. Send an emergency alert function

Owner: Involve/Saw an emergency related to LRA
Guard: Call Owner for confirmation and deploy to site
Further cascade the emergency to related parties will be done if necessary. Penalty shall be impose for miss usage of the function.
4. Special event request
Event such as birthday party, open house, wedding receptions etc. which involve a lot of Visitor, Owner can submit a waiver request of JagaApp registration by contacting LRA’s Management team.
Request must be completed 3 days before the actual day of event.
Residence will be notified such event in the JagaApp.
